Design Consultation & Sourcing Service
Whether you are a commercial or residential client, Turner and Cox are happy to provide design consultation or sourcing of specific items. We source our pieces from all over Europe and can often find items specific to your requirements. Dimensions and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. Please be aware that all of our products are old, reclaimed, vintage or industrial, therefore some wear and tear must be expected. As the client it is your responsibility to make sure the product that you purchase fits the intended use.
Turner and Cox cannot give any guarantees as to the accuracy of any given information in its descriptions.
Goods purchased from Turner and Cox cannot be collected or delivered until full payment has been received or payment has been cleared/proccessed by the bank.
All invoices must be paid in full via bank transfer, 10 days from date issued on the invoice.
All our prices on the website are excluding delivery. All our prices are inclusive of taxes, and prices are quoted in British pounds. In special situations for our overseas clients we can arrange a conversion rate in Dollars or Euros. Some overseas clients may incur local import taxes on arrival of their products, which the buyer is responsible for.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please let us know. It is our policy at Turner and Cox to refund or exchange any product bought within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is returned in the same condition as it left us. The client will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the returned goods.
All of the toys and sledges on our website, are not suitable for use by children and are for display purposes only.
Our electrical products are vintage/reclaimed/industrial and should be checked and installed by a qualified NEC registered electrician. Some of our products have already been PAT tested, but that will be quoted in the items description. A certificate will be issued with any product that has been PAT tested.
All of our furniture is of some age, therefore traces of woodworm in some products cannot be ruled out. We have tried to treat any woodworm where possible, but cannot be liable for any treatment that has not been completely effective.
iv) Your Personal Details
As a company we would like the opportunity to email you with details of any forthcoming events and products. It is our policy at Turner and Cox to not pass on these details to any other 3rd parties.
v) Product Hire
Should any of our products be hired for tv, films or magazine shoots we will take no responsibility for any damage incurred and all products should be returned in their original condition. Should damage occur we will expect full payment for the item.
Any of our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
